About Us

The Center of Information Services (CIS) is a unit under the International University, established in 2013. Its primary functions include managing the university’s IT and network infrastructure, such as the computer network, internal phone systems, and cabling. CIS also oversees the operation of the university's website, ensuring timely updates on school news and internal communications. Periodic reports on network and website performance are submitted to the Board of Directors, along with recommendations and solutions for any related issues.

CIS is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and ensuring the security of the university's IT and communication systems, as well as managing accounts for staff, faculty, and students. It also serves as the first point of contact for users facing technical issues and manages online services that support teaching, learning, and research for the entire IU organization including:

iuPortal: the official website system of the school and each unit.

Email: email system exclusively for staff, lecturers, students and trainees.

E-learning (Blackboard): online teaching and learning system.

Edusoftweb: system for registering subjects, viewing exam scores, viewing exam schedules, viewing tuition fees, viewing timetables, ... exclusively for teachers and students.

In addition, the Center regularly coordinates with functional units to help the school implement events. The Center is responsible for maintaining and developing the school's website in terms of images and content; designing websites, deploying software for units under the direction of the Board of Directors; designing and building images for the school and supporting graphic design for other units.
