The objectives of the Action Plan are to:
Build and synchronously implement a unified architecture and shared digital platforms across the entire political system, from the central to the local level, ensuring seamless connectivity, interoperability, and data sharing among the Government, ministries, sectors, local authorities, and agencies of the Communist Party, the National Assembly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the People's Courts, the People's Procuracies, and socio-political organizations. This aims to ensure consistency and unity throughout the political system and to fulfill the objectives set forth in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
Strive to ensure that 100% of national databases and sector-specific databases are reviewed, assessed, continuously developed, supplemented, and comprehensively standardized according to common standards. These databases should cover all areas of state administration and support interoperability, connectivity, data sharing, and integration. The Plan also seeks to enhance the quality of online public services, effectively support leadership, administration, and administrative procedure reform through data-driven governance, and meet the practical needs of citizens and businesses.
